Aventi’s XOA Wedding Management supports couples who’ve planned the big pieces but want expert coordination to finalize details, collaborate with vendors, and build a seamless, customized timeline through our exclusive XOA Timeline Experience. On the wedding day, your dedicated coordination team manages setup, communication, and flow so you can enjoy a smooth, stress-free celebration.
Our coordinators were fantastic at our rehearsal and the day of, and we really appreciated their amazing attention to detail. They took care of EVERYTHING and were also so fun to be around! Our coordinator took tons of phone pics for us and sent them all the next day which was super appreciated since it goes so fast! They were great with our vendors and made our day flow perfectly.
